    Hi Jess – I haven’t got a gym membership and whilst I manage my cardio fine, I worry that I can’t do sufficient resistance training without gym equipment. Would you be able to do a training video on using free weights to get achieve an all over body resistance workout? Or, have you just used body weight resistance to get your amazing fit countdown results? Thanks

    Hi Jess, I just came across your website and I find it very interesting!I have always been in decent shape, no overweight, always worked out ate healthy. I recently injured my foot for doing boot camp classes..I guess all that jumping wasn’t s good idea. Anyways, I was wondering if you had any advice on what type of work out I could do to speed up my metabolism without putting pressure on my foot. I have been working out the upper body but I’d like other ideas for lower body and cardio. Essentially I can step on my foot, walk for not too long, do squats but avoid bending my toes and jumping. So far my workout is: 30m recumbent bike with hiit. Although, I haaate sprints and the workout on the bike is killing me lol + strenght training with exercises for upper body, abs, push ups using a support to place my feet, squats. I cannot do lunges so I opted for exercises for my butt and harmstrings on the mat using ankle weights and elastic bend. If you have any idea of something else that could be effective pleaseee let me know. Getting pretty tired of the bike too. I have been counting calories and struggled with night cravings too so I reaaally need to relax and find some balance. I was thinking of pilates too, what do you think? Thank you!
