What’s the Fit Countdown all about?

It’s a 9 week challenge I created for myself to get as fit as I can for my Booty Camp Fitness DVD audition on March 23rd, 2012. Follow me as I push my self as hard and as best as I can weekly.

Week1 to Week 5

Ever since I was young….

I never thought I’d ever be thin…and I proved myself wrong.

I never thought I’d enjoy working out…and I proved myself wrong.

I never thought I could run a mile…and I proved myself wrong.

I never thought I could do push ups on my toes…and I proved myself wrong.

I never thought I’d become a personal trainer…and I proved myself wrong.

I never thought I’d audition for the workout DVD….but I proved myself wrong.
