100% CLEAN Pumpkin Pie

Hi loves!

Don’t you just LOVE a warm pumpkin pie on a cold winter day?  So do I, but the calories associated with it…not so much. In comes a 100% guilt-free and CLEAN Pumpkin Pie! The best part? You hardly need ANY ingredients and BONUS it’s 87 calories only. Count.me.IN.

1/2 cup pure pumpin
1/4 cup egg whites
1/4 tsp baking powder
Stevia drops, to taste
Cinnamon, to taste

1. In a microwave safe bowl,  mix all ingredients
2. Depending on how powerful your microwave is and how deep your dish is you make need to place it in the microwave longer or shorter. Mine takes exactly 4mins. You’ll know when it’s ready as it will turn a faded orange colour as opposed to a bright orange.

Too good to be true? Nope! It’s all real baby! Of course don’t expect it to taste as sweet as an actual pumpkin pie but for me, this totally satisfies the warm and tasty indulgence for a very small fraction of the calorie count…SCORE!

87 cals – 0.1g fat – 12.1g carbs – 1.0g sugar – 8.6g protein

I remember making these about 4 years ago inspired by a recipe I had found on Foods of April, girl I miss your blog! And could not believe I stopped making it!! This recipe is a keeper!

For the icing I simply mixed 2tbsp of not fat greek yogurt with cinnamon and stevia! Simple, yet delicious!

    So I saw this today & had to try it lol I had to go grocery shopping for the week anyway so I picked up what I needed which pretty much just the pumpkin. I added a lil bit of honey, almond butter, fat free whip cream, & agave syrup on top…yum ^_^
