I hope you’re all having a wonderful weekend! I sure am! My sister is in town for the weekend so we are both enjoying some family time and it certainly feels good!
I wanted to pop in to share a recipe I made for my sister and I this afternoon. We hadn’t eaten that much today and got really hungry mid day, with no pure pumpkin to make my regular mug cakes, I had to improvise! Then came….the Coco Protein Cake For One
1/2 scoop of VegaOne in Vanilla Chai (you can use any protein powder)
1 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp of applesauce
1/4 cup egg whites
1/4 tsp baking powder
Stevia, to taste
1. Mix all of your ingredients together in a microwave safe bowl until well blended
2. Place in microwave for 2 mins
3. Enjoy your delicious and delectable HEALTHY treat
This cake was SO moist (hello beautiful apple sauce!!) It was the perfect snack to have in mid day! And my sister’s verdict?? She LOVED it!! Hurray!! Another successful recipe

We had it with a homemade almond milk latte…which I must say is the best kind of latte you can have…just sayin’
For under 200 calories….this cake is definitely a winner. You know you want to try it;)
