Hi guys!
Tonight, I made by far the best most satisfying dinner filled with good fats, protein and carbs! And yes, I most certainly had pudding for dinner tonight. But shhh, it can be our little secret.
But I’m certainly open to share my little secret concoction with you guys! And the best part? It’s COMPLETELY CLEAN!
Ingredients
1/2 avocado
1/2 cup pure pumpkin
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop vanilla sun warrior protein powder
1tbsp flax (ground)
1 tbsp carob powder (or cocoa)
Stevia, to taste
Directions
1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth!
2. ENJOY!
No word of a lie, this was amazing and honestly a fluke! I had no intention on making a pudding! I normally add more liquid to my shakes but for some reason, tonight I decided to take just 1 cup of almond milk to make my evening shake and then came this delectable pudding consistency! I was surprisingly amazed by how GOOD it was! I took my smallest spoon and made my pudding LAST! So when I say pudding for dinner, I certainly mean a very nutritious meal:) Filled with fibre, protein, fat and healthy carbs! It’s a win in my book! If you did want this as a desert or snack, you could have 2 generous servings!
And tomorrow morning breakfast? Oh you KNOW it’ll make this pudding again! I may even dream about it tonight
