Morning Loves!

At 6:30AM, I jumped out of bed and was ready to prep both my breakfast and lunch for the day. I also woke up knowing just what I wanted for breakfast – I love that. Breakfast was an oldie but a goody.

You win on two counts with OIAJ (Oats in a Jar) for starters you get some yummy peanut butter surprise at the bottom of your breakfast PLUS no dishes;) (that’s the old lazy university student in me speaking)

In the pot:
1/3 cup oats
2/3 cup water
1/4 cup pure pumpkin
1/3 cup blueberries

Top it off:
1 tbsp Chocolate Chia Goodness

Peanut butter Jar of Choice:
PB&Co Dark Chocolate Dreams (aka reeses pieces PB) 

Breakfast of Champions my friends. I’m now ready for the day!

    I am reading your post as I eat my oatmeal breakfast! I have raisins, chia seeds, agave nectar and almond milk in mine. You give me good ideas for variations. I am back on track. Have added a workout to my day for the last 2 days. But mostly I have the attitude “If I make the effort I will get good results.” We will be very hot by New Years!!
